Bushwick Campus Food Justice Team

The Bushwick Campus Food Justice Team, formerly the Youth Food Policy Council, was formed in 2013 when student leaders at the Bushwick Campus Farm partnered with Community Food Advocates to push for free school lunch through the Lunch 4 Learning Campaign. Today, the Bushwick Campus Food Justice Team encourages youth to become leaders of the food justice movement as it pertains to them through hands-on education, youth-led advocacy meetings and communal outreach.
